We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days in new condition with proof of purchase and we will replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Return & Refund Policy" below for more information. 

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Exceptions apply, please see below for details. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned merchandise that appears used may not be eligible for return, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, or may only be refunded in the form of store credit. 

To start a return for an item that was shipped to you, you can contact us at sales@sportsgarage.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2705 Spruce St., Boulder, CO 80302. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you; you will also not be refunded any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item; please note refunds can take 5-10 business days to show up on a card statement.

Exceptions & non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as frame up bikes), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

  • Bicycles have a 7 day return window, but must be in like-new condition. All bicycle returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags. 
  • All shoes must be returned in new condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware.
  • Any item that we special order for you can be returned unused within 30 days. All special order items will subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or labor fees (i.e. brake bleeds, bike fits, assembly fees). Any shipping charges incurred by the customer are also not refundable.

Special orders
We can custom order (almost) anything! In the case that we special order an item for you, you have 14 days after the item arrives to pick it up. Any items not picked up within 14 days will be returned and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we deem an item damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we will send you a return shipping label which you will NOT be charged for. 

Discount Policy

Discounts are valid on select full-priced items only. 

  • Bikes, gift cards, and sale items are excluded from all discounts, or will only be discounted at the owners discretion.
